The modern healthcare system, like any powerful corporation, is designed to favor those who acquiesce with their rules & regulations; likewise to weed out & alienate those who do not fall into line with the rest of the \u201cherd\u201d. The entire cesspool of Western Allopathic Medicine, fueled by a powerful medical mafia monopoly, dominates our lives through an endless barrage of mainstream media propaganda, a giant social engineering model, run by select committees of overpaid Technocratic Elites \u2013 void of any decent moral code of ethics, adherence to the Hippocratic oath or underlying sense of altruism toward humanity. <\/strong><\/p>\n

How do we avoid their calibrated landmines, and retain what little we can of self reliance and self-sustaining capacity for natural immunity in these tyrannical times? We must reluctantly go along with their manufactured guidelines, in order to stand clear from the rest of the herd. \u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

It is important to understand that ANY\/ALL exemptions pertaining to standard immunization vaccines (medical, religious or moral\/philosophical\/personal belief type) are fundamentally illegal, because they transpose an inherent human RIGHT into a PRIVILEGE, on the presumption that you acknowledge and thus sacrifice\/forfeit your natural born \u201cfreedom of choice\u201d to an external authority. <\/strong><\/p>\n

This is the basis of the looming collectivist (authoritarian) model being rolled out worldwide \u2013 the complete isolation of non-conformists and critical thinking individuals. <\/strong><\/p>\n

By asking permission to opt out from any externally imposed health directive\/mandate issued by an outside force, you inadvertently grant your Government de facto authority over your body. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Just remember, it is all color of law, technically a form of entrapment. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Eventually they will tighten the noose, and cut everyone off from independent options altogether. In order to attain an education, in order to maintain a job, in order to enter a hospital or clinic, in order to go shopping, in order to travel, in order to live amongst others (including your family) within any community, ultimately in order to function on any practical level within society, you will be FORCED to get your shots. \u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Mandatory vaccinations are being phased in incrementally, by stealth, through this co-ordinated, systemic process of passive acquiescence, on the assumption that the public will just roll over without a struggle. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Every State, every Province, every local community will gradually be forced into the same Collectivist pattern of compliance. That’s why we have to rise up as a community, before it’s too late, and put a stop to this once & for all.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It’s not only about getting public officials thrown out of office. We have to begin to move away from the entire western medical system as a network of communities. <\/strong>We have to redefine the very nature of revolution.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Just consider the fact that our generation will set the stage for any protections of inherent rights & freedoms afforded to our children & their children. You have no choice but to make your voices heard while you still can. <\/strong><\/p>\n

In many sectors of the Medical profession, front-line doctors & nurses are now facing specific workplace-directed ultimatums, having to decide whether to receive the Flu shot or summarily lose their jobs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2018An Indiana hospital has fired eight employees, many of them veteran nurses, because they refused to take the flu vaccine. IU Health Goshen is just the latest hospital to force its employees to receive the jab and fire or discipline the ones who object. At least four of the nurses who were terminated tried to appeal the vaccine on religious grounds with the help of a lawyer. The hospital rejected their arguments and fired them anyway.<\/a>‘ \u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Effective January 1st, 2017, Indiana will officially be cracking down on non-compliant nurses & doctors<\/a>, State-wide, with a strict new mandate requiring all front-line workers be administered multiple vaccine boosters, annually (MMR, DPT, Varicella, Influenza) on penalty of termination of employment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thus far, fortunately, there is still a way to oppose Senate Bill 162<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The loophole, which will eventually be removed, given enough political pressure, still allows for Religious & Medical exemptions from forced vaccination policy on the job.<\/strong><\/p>\n

But it can also be contested by the hospital management on a case-to-case basis. So this is a declaration of war on nurses who opt out.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Elsewhere, a stay of execution, or more precisely, a major victory is unfolding, as health-care workers in British Columbia, Canada, have been \u201ctemporarily\u201d granted the right to refuse workplace sanctioned mandatory vaccinations. The momentum generated by this local resistance to tyranny will inspire other nurses & doctors around the world facing similar demands to defend their inherent right to self-determination of the body. \u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2018The B.C. government has temporarily backed away from a controversial plan to force thousands of provincial health workers to get a flu shot before they can work with patients. Instead of forcing workers to wear a mask or have the mandatory flu vaccination, the B.C. Health Ministry said it will work towards compliance from workers in the first year of the program. In a letter dated Nov. 30 to B.C.\u2019s health authority chief executive officers, deputy health minister Graham Whitmarsh said components of the influenza control policy would not be enforced for the first year. <\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

The policy remains in effect, but no disciplinary measures will be taken, a ministry official explained. \u201cI would like to afford health care workers the additional opportunity to voice their opinions on how best to achieve our shared objective,\u201d his letter said. The government launched the mandatory program to protect patients because it said a voluntary plan wasn\u2019t working. Fewer than 50 per cent of workers were being vaccinated against the flu in some health settings.<\/a>‘ \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

UPDATE: ‘A health care worker in Grand Forks has become the first person fired under a contentious new B.C. policy that forces employees to get a flu shot or wear a protective mask around patients…Arnold Hoekstra, an activity worker at the Boundary Hospital in B.C.\u2019s West Kootenay region, said he doesn\u2019t believe that vaccines actually provide a health benefit, and he thinks there could be harmful side-effects. He and his wife have seven children and Hoekstra said he\u2019d rather die than force them to be vaccinated.<\/a>‘ 04\/24\/2014<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t believe you should do things just because somebody tells you. We should be able to think for ourselves, we should be able to make those decisions. I\u2019ve worked in health care since the early \u201980s. You\u2019d think we should be a little bit more enlightened, but we\u2019re not. Vaccines in general, I believe, are a total lie, and we\u2019ve been sold this lie for years. I could have saved my job, I could have said, \u2018Yeah I\u2019ll do it,\u2019 but I just did not believe.<\/a>\u201d Arnold Hoekstra, fired Dec. 2013\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Nurse1\"<\/a>There are some issues which supercede job security. This is one of them. It\u2019s time for Health Care Workers everywhere to stand up for their basic rights to self-determination of the body, with a blanket refusal of all draconian workplace vaccine mandates. If that means losing your current job in the bargain, then it is a short term sacrifice worth making. There will always be viable employment opportunities available throughout the alternate sector of clinics, hospitals & private practices. By giving in to increasingly stringent authoritarian measures, you risk not only your immediate & long-term health, but, in doing so, will thus have abdicated your inherent freedom to choose as an individual, and sacrificed your professional integrity to a misguided & scientifically invalid policy directive. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Recently, a formal Petition has been launched by a groundswell of front-line workers, under the banner ‘Nurses Against Mandatory Vaccines’, alerting the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives: ‘Stop mandatory flu vaccines of healthcare professionals!<\/a>‘. <\/strong>Testimonials are pouring in from nurses working on the front lines, indicative of a major shift in the paradigm –<\/strong><\/p>\n

‘Because I’m a nurse, and I’m an American, I have the right to refuse a medical procedure, and I have the right to have my medical information kept private, as other patients do. I will quit the profession over this if it comes down to this. These controlling thugs need to be stopped.<\/a>‘\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

‘As a Registered Nurse, forced vaccination with a vaccine that has been proven to be ineffective at best and extremely dangerous at worst is a complete violation of human and healthcare rights in this country. This issue must be taken seriously. The practice of having any medical procedure forced on healthcare workers or have them face the very real possibility of losing their jobs is completely unreasonable and must be stopped.<\/a>‘<\/strong><\/p>\n

‘In my practice as an independent Nurse Midwife who not only cares for pregnant women, but does GYN as well, nearly every person I have seen over the past 3 years that contracted the flu had also received that years flu vaccination. Yet you and the CDC fail year after year to look at the real numbers on flu prevention. My clients are quickly coming to the conclusion that congress has created a system where the drug companies manufacture vaccinations each year, which our government blindly endorses, and then reap the profits while the government pays for the adverse effects of these same vaccinations. <\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

I was one of those people that had a severe reaction to the flu vaccine while I was serving as an Army Nurse. I had to fight hard against being forced to take the vaccination again the following year. How, in good conscience, can you force healthcare workers to get flu vaccinations when you have failed to look at independent studies which plainly show no positive effect for the health of our citizens?<\/a>‘<\/strong><\/p>\n

‘My hospital abuses peoples human rights daily…and fires nurses for questioning or internally reporting. I personally am being written up on bogus things after reporting something. ‘I was forced by my employer as a nurse to get a flu shot several years ago. Within a week I lost vision in my eye and was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I feel that it goes against my right to refuse a medical procedure.<\/a>‘<\/strong><\/p>\n

‘I think its ridiculous to make nurses do something they don’t want to do. And I think its crazy to treat nurses like outcasts by making them wear masks until May when flu season is done in March.<\/a>‘<\/strong><\/p>\n

‘I have been a hospital staff nurse for 23 years and have been very healthy. I have a great immune system. I don’t think I should be forced to put something in my body that I don’t want, just to keep my job.’<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

‘Law Offices of James Elsman Announces Suit: Nurse Refuses Shots — Sues Hospital, Federal and State Governments for $100,000,000 Claiming Flu-Shots Have Many Dangers and Questionable Advantages:<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

A nurse was fired from her Hospital job for refusing to take the flu-shot on religious and health grounds, and is “blowing the cover, off many dangers of the flu vaccine,” says her lawyer, James Leonard Elsman of Birmingham, Michigan. Karen Bashista of S. Lyon, Livingston County, Michigan was a nurse for St. Joe Hospital, and was fired for not taking the flu-shot; though she offered to wear a mask, be moved to another floor and function, etc.\u00a0 She said “Hospital doctors got waivers of such.”.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Nurse Bashista continued:\u00a0 “People are just waking up to the dangers of flu-shots and other vaccination shots that we don’t question, because ‘government’ recommends such.\u00a0 Government is grasping at straws and many physicians know this, more and more.\u00a0 Why don’t they always take the flu-shots?”<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Elsman said this is the first suit in the U.S.A., which joins a termination with a major challenge to the efficacy of the much-vaunted “flu-shot,” because he is suing not only the Hospital, but also the C.D.C. (“Centers for Disease Control”) of the U.S. Government, and the State Community Health Dept.<\/a>‘ January 22, 2014\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Front line workers are\u00a0challenging the legality of\u00a0these authoritarian policies. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Nursing students are also being taught how to coerce reluctant\/hesitant parents into vaccinating their children, a direct violation of medical ethics. One such nurse-in-training, in Michigan, was forced out before finishing her medical degree, for standing firm and exposing this disturbing trend; subsequently thus denied future employability in the field. Fortunately, this brave woman has taken\u00a0the Establishment to court. Her courage is a beacon of hope\u00a0for thousands of health-care workers, similarly hamstrung into towing the line to push vaccines on every child, and a major wake up call to all proactive parents throughout the community.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/div>\n

‘According to the complaint, Smith (Defendant – Assistant Director of Nursing) stated that the students were to affirmatively misrepresent to patients certain facts about the immunization injection, in case the patient (all new mothers and their partners) were concerned about autism or other medical and ethical concerns as potential side effects of receiving vaccinations.<\/a><\/strong><\/div>\n

Nichole (Plaintiff) then asked why she would be required to misrepresent facts to gain patient compliance when the ethical standards of the nursing profession makes it unethical to lie to gain compliance for suggested medical procedures as being contrary to the legal standard of a patient\u2019s informed consent.<\/a>‘<\/strong><\/div>\n

Most parents with tell you, their children are being subject to increasingly stringent school “health regulations” (ie.\u00a0annual ‘back-to-school’ shots); part of a nationwide campaign, being instituted locally across the globe, to standardize vaccination policy – involving constant intimidation tactics used against those students who do not comply with in-house regulations on vaccine uptake; going so far as to over-ride parental rights by force-vaccinating the child up front in school gymnasiums or backroom nursing station regimented roll-outs before the parents have any chance to intervene and pull their child out.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pre-teen directed slogans such as \u201cImmunizations are Your Best Shot\u201d & \u201cVaccinate Before You Graduate\u201d<\/a> are plastered throughout the halls\/classrooms frequented by this target group generation of young, impressionable minds. \u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

In California & the District of Columbia, young teenage girls are now being enticed into getting the HPV shot, independent of their parents’ knowledge or consent<\/a>; a precedent which is spreading to other States in the US. ‘Bill AB 499: This bill would allow a minor who is 12 years of age or older to consent to medical care related to the prevention of a sexually transmitted disease.’<\/a> \u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

The same policy changes are rapidly being implemented\u00a0across the nation, in New York State\u00a0under Bill 497; a direct challenge to parental authority, and down south in Texas under House Bill 1340; nothing short of a strategic pincer maneuver, designed to break the will of our communities, by empowering minors with the right to independent consent in critical\u00a0health matters, where-by any “licensed healthcare practitioner” now\u00a0literally supersedes & replaces the traditional role of parent,\u00a0equal to ”the\u00a0measure which simultaneously forces parents to navigate through increasingly stringent bureaucracy just\u00a0to protect their child from being coerced into getting inoculated by authorities. \u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n

The Vaccine Industry wasn’t prepared for a revolution. Well it’s got one now.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If it comes to it, California should consider forming a sector of public schools across the State exclusively tailored for vaccine-free children. There are, conservatively, tens of thousands of eligible children ready to fill these seats.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Likewise, we need to create teaching circles in every community, for those families unable to connect with alternative schools. This is an extension of the home-schooling model, where-by parents can band together, to share the load of teaching, through contributing a variety of expertise to the curriculum.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This could be a turning point for our communities. I guarantee you, the positive ripple effects will quickly resonate throughout the Untied States, and elsewhere. Such is how we start bushfires of freedom in the hearts of our communities around the world.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The conflict looming in California, over the draconian, unlawful Bill, SB277, currently being instated, will have such serious consequences for families, we may be headed toward an open revolt, perhaps something akin to civil war.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Three crucial aspects to consider in respect to local communities affected:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1) Every parent or guardian is bound to protect their child\u2019s inalienable right to self-determination of the body, what goes in it, and if so, administered by whom. The Government has no authority, whatsoever, to regulate, monitor or deny these primary parental rights.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2) It is unconstitutional to deny any child, born in the USA, their inherent right to free & open access to public education. This law therefore infringes on two crucial areas of basic freedom.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3) There will be hundreds of thousands of (unvaccinated) children displaced by this Bill. Their parents will be forced to homeschool their child\/children; despite the fact that many of these families are two-income-type households.<\/strong><\/p>\n

California\u2019s new forced vaccination Bill SB277, for children, represents the most draconian, fascist, unlawful health-directive ever to be forced upon the population in the history of the United States. <\/strong>The fight is now on. In the end, SB277 may ultimately be derailed, on constitutional grounds. <\/strong><\/p>\n

‘(United States)\u00a0lawmakers saying it (SB277) could unconstitutionally deprive unvaccinated children of an adequate education by barring them from schools.<\/a>‘<\/strong><\/p>\n

‘Robert Moxley, a Wyoming attorney who represents families who say they’ve been injured by vaccines, testified that the proposal would not stand up in a court challenge. Pan said courts have validated public health measures.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Republican Minority Leader Bob Huff said he’s concerned that unvaccinated children would be forced into homeschooling, which could deprive them of resources and socialization available in schools.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

He said recent outbreaks have not constituted a crisis.<\/a>‘<\/strong><\/p>\n

The whole premise behind personal Immunization exemptions was always a ruse.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The freedom to choose is non-negotiable. The Government has inverted and overturned this basic principle, and has, thus, bound freedom itself, to a contract.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Exemptions from Government imposed health mandates were strategically designed to fail, by entrapping those members of the community who sign onto them, binding them to an arbitrary (constantly changing) list of choices (demands) that supercede said basic freedoms, and thereupon deny an individual their inalienable, God\/life given rights to self-determination of the body.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Regardless of which way the pendulum swings, California is headed towards an imminent, all-out open revolt, nothing short of a groundswell civil war with the Government.<\/strong><\/p>\n

California’s recent plunge into medical tyranny, with the imminent passing of Senate Bill SB277 (the unilateral elimination of philosophical & religious exemptions for all children) & SB792<\/a> (requiring ALL teaching staff to be immunized according to the schedule for routine adult immunizations) has given rise to an all-out, co-ordinated drive\/plan to institute a unilateral, standardized, mandatory vaccination policy throughout the United States.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

‘H.R.2232 — Vaccinate All Children Act of 2015 (Introduced in House – IH) REQUIREMENT- For a State or a political subdivision or other public entity of a State to be eligible to receive a grant under this section, the applicant shall demonstrate to the Secretary’s satisfaction that, subject to paragraphs (2) and (3), the State requires each student enrolled in one of the State’s public elementary schools or public secondary schools to be vaccinated in accordance with the recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.<\/a>‘<\/strong><\/p>\n

If we don’t come together immediately, as a community of families, to stop it, this\u00a0burgeoning flame will\u00a0spread, establishing a precedent for other nations to comply; and ultimately help to galvanize the World Health Organization, in its relentless pursuit of a 95% vaccination<\/a>\u00a0rate across the board, world-wide. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
