One competitor, U.S. firm Celldex Theraputics are vying for major positioning in the ranks with a radical new generation cancer vaccine now in development for the treatment of advanced colorectal, pancreatic, bladder, ovarian, cervical and breast cancers. Purported to eradicate cancer cells, it is “designed to deliver the antigen hCG-\u03b2 to dendritic cells (DCs) and induce hCG-\u03b2 specific cellular and humoral immune responses, thus activating the immune system against cancers that express hCG-\u03b2”. <\/strong><\/p>\n

This process of introducing hCG into the bloodstream effectively neutralizes a woman’s reproductive capacity. <\/strong>We now know the Tetanus shots<\/a> given in the 1990\u2019s were contaminated with Immune-Suppressant Contraceptive in the form of hCG, a hormone crucial to female fertility balance. By inserting hCG next to a deadly live virus into the body the immune system reacts to both intruders as hostile – end result saw hundreds of thousands of healthy women inadvertently sterilized by the shots<\/a>. <\/strong><\/p>\n

\"hcg-pregnyl-organon_max\"HCG hormone & population control: \u2018In 1989 research was conducted by the National Institute of Immunology in New Delhi India on the use of \u2018carriers\u2019 such as Tetanus Toxoid and Diphtheria to bypass the immune system and deliver the female hormone called human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG). The research paper was carried in the Oxford University Press in 1990 and was titled \u201cBypass by an alternate \u2018carrier\u2019 of acquired unresponsiveness to hCG upon repeated immunization with tetanus-conjugated vaccine.<\/a>\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n

While hCG is required to maintain pregnancy, the injection of hCG bound to Tetanus Toxoid triggers an auto-immune response, thus causing sterilization. The NII research cited above used four women as test subjects \u2013 who had been surgically sterilized prior to the experiment \u2013 and found that multiple doses of the Tetanus Toxoid hCG carrier vaccine was required in order to achieve the desired results. Research also found that if an alternate carrier such as Diphtheria was used as a booster in combination with Tetanus the sterilization vaccine would be more effective.\u2019

\"Tetanus\"‘During the early 1990s, the World Health Organization had been overseeing massive vaccination campaigns against tetanus in a number of countries, among them Nicaragua, Mexico, and the Philippines. In October 1994, HLI received a communication from its Mexican affiliate, the Comite’ Pro Vida de Mexico, regarding that country’s anti-tetanus campaign. Suspicious of the campaign protocols, the Comite’ obtained several vials of the vaccine and had them analyzed by chemists. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Some of the vials were found to contain human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG), a naturally occurring hormone essential for maintaining a pregnancy. Only women were vaccinated, and only the women between the ages of 15 and 45. (In Nicaragua the age range was 12-49).’<\/strong>

‘A priest, president of Human Life International (HLI) based in Maryland, has asked Congress to investigate reports of women in some developing countries unknowingly receiving a tetanus vaccine laced with the anti-fertility drug human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). If it is true, he wants Congress to publicly condemn the mass vaccinations and to cut off funding to UN agencies and other involved organizations. The natural hormone hCG is needed to maintain pregnancy. The hormone would produce antibodies against hCG to prevent pregnancy. In the fall of 1994, the Pro Life Committee of Mexico was suspicious of the protocols for the tetanus toxoid campaign because they excluded all males and children and called for multiple injections of the vaccine in only women of reproductive age. Yet, one injection provides protection for at least 10 years. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The Committee had vials of the tetanus vaccine analyzed for hCG. It informed HLI about the tetanus toxoid vaccine. HLI then told its World Council members and HLI affiliates in more than 60 countries. Similar tetanus vaccines laced with hCG have been uncovered in the Philippines and in Nicaragua. In addition to the World Health Organization (WHO), other organizations involved in the development of an anti-fertility vaccine using hCG include the UN Population Fund, the UN Development Programme, the World Bank, the Population Council, the Rockefeller Foundation, the US National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, and Uppsala, Helsinki, and Ohio State universities. The priest objects that, if indeed the purpose of the mass vaccinations is to prevent pregnancies, women are uninformed, unsuspecting, and unconsenting victims.’

‘Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) is a hormone produced in pregnancy that is made by the developing embryo after conception and later by the placenta. Its role is to prevent disintegration of the hormonal structure of the ovaries and thereby maintains progesterone production that is critical for pregnancy in women. hCG also affects the immune tolerance of the pregnancy.<\/strong>
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ironically, the hCG hormone the researchers are trying to destroy is actually used during female infertility treatments in order to stimulate the release of eggs from the ovaries. Temporary depression and disruption of hCG causes a range of hormonal imbalances and is considered a leading cause of miscarriages. Consequently, many once infertile women may suddenly conceive with repeated injections of hCG.<\/strong><\/p>\n

One of the primary reasons that women who abuse cocaine can no longer conceive is because of hCG disruption. Cocaine inhibits hCG concentrations in maternal circulation which affects secretion by the placenta required to maintain pregnancy.<\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n

The biological processes of how hCG disrupts pregnancy also differ between different species so translating biological mechanisms from animal testing to humans is redundant. Regardless, drug studies continue to use these results if the conclusions\/outcome are favourable to their objectives.’<\/strong>

We are already about six times over populated. Leave aside land, water essential for life and agriculture is becoming scarce day by day. Although efforts are being made to harness water resources and enhance productivity of the land, there is need to limit the size of the family voluntarily by providing safe and acceptable methods for family planning.\u2019 Trials: \u2018The efficacy of the vaccine to prevent pregnancy was high with only one pregnancy recorded in 1224 cycles above 50 ng\/ml\u2026efficacy above 90% is required and desirable.\u2019<\/strong>

\"CelldexTherapeutics-CLDX-042710\"CELLDEX: ‘Our lead APC Targeting Technology\u2122 product candidate, CDX-1307, is in development for the treatment of cancers that express the beta chain of human chorionic gonadotropin ( hCG-\u03b2). hCG-\u03b2 is an established tumor-associated antigen that is over-expressed in a variety of common cancers including those of the colon, lung, pancreas, esophagus, breast, bladder, cervix, stomach, and prostate, but not expressed in most normal tissues. Elevated hCG-\u03b2 serum levels and\/or tissue expression have been shown to be an independent predictor of poor disease outcome and associated with a more aggressive disease course. Mechanistically, it has been proposed that hCG-\u03b2 may function at several different levels to facilitate cancer progression: as a transforming growth factor, an immunosuppressive agent, an inducer of metastasis, and\/or as an angiogenic factor. CDX-1307 is composed of a human monoclonal antibody targeting the mannose receptor found on dendritic cells, fused to the hCG-\u03b2 antigen. This antibody-vaccine is designed to deliver hCG-\u03b2 to dendritic cells and induce cellular & humoral immune responses against hCG-\u03b2, thus activating the patient\u2019s immune system against cancers that express hCG-\u03b2. CDX-1307 has been evaluated for the treatment of advanced colorectal, pancreatic, bladder, ovarian and breast cancers in 2 Phase 1 trials. ORIGINS OF CDX-1307: ‘A team of researchers from Middlesex University have developed a vaccine approach which could be the first of a whole new generation of cancer drugs with the potential to target specific cancers at source. This technique could lead to far quicker treatment of aggressive cancers, with patients experiencing fewer of the side-effects which chemotherapy often causes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"MiddlesexWorld expert in biomedical science, Professor Ray Iles, and colleagues at Middlesex University\u2019s Centre for Investigative and Diagnostic Oncology, are currently working with US pharmaceutical company, Celldex Therapeutics, to test the vaccine in clinical trials involving patients who have recently been diagnosed with bladder cancer. Initial results suggest that the lives and prognoses for thousands of cancer sufferers may improve radically and it is thought that the technique could ultimately delay the onset of certain types of cancer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bladder cancer affects four times as many men as women, with 10,000 new cases being diagnosed in the UK each year. It is the fourth most common cancer in men and is the sixth most common cause of cancer death amongst men in the UK. At present, 75% of cases are lethal. The vaccine will be trialled over a five year period, amongst a group of 60 newly-diagnosed patients with the cancer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For Professor Iles, this is a real highpoint in a twenty-year research career in biomedical science. In 1987 he discovered that certain cancers, including bladder cancer, produce a fragment of the pregnancy hormone hCG\u03b2 \u2013 known in the science world as \u2018HCG\u2019 – which encourages aggressive activity by cancerous cells. Since then, a series of studies have been conducted by Professor Iles and Dr Stephen Butler, another member of the Middlesex team, culminating in the development of the vaccine by Celldex. The vaccine targets and neutralises the cells producing this hormone, before these cells have the chance to attack other, healthy cells.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Professor Iles said: \u201cThe vaccine has the potential to help us make rapid advances in the treatment of this invasive cancer. It appears to block cancer-activating hormones, which in turn reduces the growth of tumours in distant organs \u2013 secondary cancers known as metastases. The same molecule occurs in both cervical and pancreatic cancers, and so in time, this type of vaccine could offer treatment benefits across a range of other highly invasive cancers too\u201d.’
