Replenishing the vital mineral base
We must look to children with Autism to determine the full extent of “vaccine toxicity” derived nutrient deficiencies incurred in the body. All vaccine damaged babies or infants, those fortunate enough to miss the onslaught of Early Onset Autism, still incur significant damage to these interdependent storehouses of vitamins/antioxidants & trace minerals (coupled with the body’s inability to break them down accordingly); the end result of which a cascading breakdown ensues at the cellular level – Mitochondrial & Methylation-related dysfunction, including a breach of “electrical grid” nerve center.
It is critical to begin replenishing the body of these vital vitamins/antioxidants (Vitamin’s A, B6/B12, C, D3, E, Glutathione) & trace minerals (Selenium, Magnesium) immediately. Ideally you want to seek out complementary, natural organic sources rich in these select elements. The body can better assimilate their properties (holistically) when these foods are consumed in their raw, uncooked form. Juicing is always optional, however there is always the potential for a system overload (which can hinder Thyroid function – the unleashing of an over-abundance of free radicals in the body); where-as the proportional levels are never exceeded in the raw, natural (organic) food format.

Note 2: Standard commercial brands of sunscreen/sunblock have been found to contain aluminum, a recognized carcinogen. ‘Aluminium was present in all seven products tested and its content was of particular significance in three products, each of which listed it as an ingredient. Following numerous enquiries the manufacturers were not forthcoming as to the role of aluminium in their product, except one manufacturer, who confirmed that aluminium hydroxide was added to their product to coat the surface and thereby prevent the agglomeration of another ingredient, titanium dioxide particles.’ Additionally, ‘In fact, sunscreen actually promotes cancer by blocking your body’s absorption of ultraviolet radiation, and therefore blocking the production of vitamin D in your skin. Some of these chemicals are quite dangerous. Octyl methoxycinnamate (OMC), which is present in 90 percent of sunscreen brands, was found to kill mouse cells even at low doses..Studies have shown that vitamin D can prevent as many as 77 of all cancers.‘

Elimination of toxic food choices
The human body is entirely dependent on a viable source of nutrition in order to sustain life; a synergistic interplay of essential vitamins (including amino & folic acids), antioxidants (flavonoids), trace minerals, fatty acids (Omega 3), phytonutrients (Plant-based), Iron (vital in formation of Hemoglobin/Oxygen supplier), fibre, fluid, carbohydrates & more refined glyconutrients (monosaccharides). Without this miraculous wealth of protection, we simply cannot function at an optimal level. Your average 20th/21st century consumer has grown dependent on factory produced iodized salts, cheap sugars & carbohydrates to feed his/her underlying craving; a doubled edged sword generating a slow, “Heroin fix” of toxins which leech through holes in the intestinal wall & attach to/stimulate the Opiate Receptors in the brain – a result of Vaccines & Antibiotics killing good (probiotic) bacteria in the intestines, leaving room for yeast overgrowth; whereupon prolonged root growth perforates the walls of the intestines. The byproduct of vaccine derived “sludge” eventually manifests & proliferates in the gut as gut flora, candida, and mycoplasma. ‘Mycoplasmas require sterol (low density lipoprotein “bad” cholesterol) for growth…may be difficult to eradicate from human or animal hosts or from cell cultures by antibiotic treatment because of resistance to the antibiotic…Eradication may be particularly difficult in immunosuppressed or immunodeficient individuals.‘ The gut becomes a breeding ground for infection, damaging the bedrock upon which the entire operation depends.

2. Industry Sweeteners – ‘Aspartame is a genetically engineered poison cultured from the fecal matter of E-coli bacteria‘…contains 40% aspartic acid (excito toxin which stimulates neurons in the brain to death), 10% Methel Ester (immediately becomes Methol Alcohol – severe metabolic poison, converts to formaldehyde causing metabolic acidosis), 50% Fenol Alonine – isolate neuro-toxin (floods brain, lowers seizure threshold, depletes serotonin, causes psychiatric & behavioral problems & interacts with ALL anti-depressants). Whole molecule breaks down to Akidokiprecene (Brain tumor agent) which triggers brain tumors based on original study results.
3. High Fructose Corn Syrup – Contaminated with mercury…’High fructose corn syrup samples were collected from three different manufacturers and analyzed for total mercury. The samples were found to contain levels of mercury ranging from below a detection limit of 0.005 to 0.570 micrograms mercury per gram of high fructose corn syrup.‘
4. Iodized Salts – contain synthetic chemicals including ‘everything from manufactured forms of sodium solo-co-aluminate, iodide, sodium bicarbonate, fluoride, anti-caking agents, toxic amounts of potassium iodide and aluminium derivatives‘…’Risks of iodine-induced hyperthyroidism after correction of iodine deficiency by iodized salt.‘
5. Gluten – ‘There are several different types of intolerance. Coeliac disease is one where certain peptides from gliadin and gluten are toxic to the gut mucosa due to lack of break down. Usually these people have certain Major histocompatability genes or surface molecules on cells that bind peptides. They show IgA often IgG antibodies to gluten and gliadin as well as endomycium antibodies. The other type of intolerance is due to psychoactive peptides formed in the gut such as exorphins (Opioids formed in the gut). Especially important are casein, gliadin and gluten. Also intact proteins are taken up from the gut postprandially [after meals]. There are 15 opioid sequences in one molecule of gluten.‘
6. Casein – ‘study of 270 individuals (Cade and colleagues/1999), 120 of these participants were diagnosed with schizophrenia, and 149 met the DSM III criteria for a diagnosis of autism. All children with autism were treated with a GFCF (Gluten & Casein-free) diet. Blood samples were examined to measure the absorption of peptides contained in wheat products (gluten) and dairy (casein) and the associated antibodies, immunoglobulin G (IgG) and transindolylacryloylglycine (IgA) for each of these food products. The study found that 87% of the children with autism had high titer IgG antibodies to gliadin, and 30% had high titer IgA antibodies to gluten or casein prior to initiation of the diet. Treatment with a GFCF diet was accompanied by reports of improvement in 81% of children within 3 months.‘
7. Pasteurized Milk – ‘Heat alters milk’s amino acids lysine and tyrosine, making the whole complex of proteins less available; it promotes rancidity of unsaturated fatty acids and destruction of vitamins. Vitamin C loss in pasteurization usually exceeds 50%; loss of other water-soluble vitamins can run as high as 80%; the Wulzen or anti-stiffness factor is totally destroyed. Pasteurization alters milk’s mineral components such as calcium, chlorine, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and sulphur as well as many trace minerals, making them less available.‘
8. “Trans” Fats (Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil) – inhibit conversion of T4 hormones to T3 in the liver (Thyroid function), decreasing your metabolism, ‘women who consumed the greatest amount of trans fats in their diet had a 50% higher risk of heart attack compared to women who consumed the least, increase blood levels of two other artery-clogging compounds — a fat-protein particle called lipoprotein(a) and blood fats called triglycerides, raise the risk of diabetes.‘ …’Trans fats or trans fatty acids are artificial side products generated during the manufacture of partially hydrogenated oils. Partially hydrogenated oils are used to extend the shelf life and enhance the smooth, creamy texture of processed foods, especially snacks like muffins, cookies, cakes and pastries sold in boxes or shipped to stores for sale days or weeks later…also found in shortenings commonly used for deep frying in restaurants.‘
9. All Non-Organic Meat – Factory farm Beef cattle (intended for slaughter) are routinely injected with various hormones (resulting in the internal growth of infectious “Prions”); which accelerates weight gain, there-by lessening the cost of feed while increasing production. ‘There are six different kinds of steroid hormones that are currently approved by FDA for use in food production in the US: estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, zeranol, trenbolone acetate, and melengestrol acetate. Estradiol and progesterone are natural female sex hormones; testosterone is the natural male sex hormone; zeranol, trenbolone acetate and melengesterol acetate are synthetic growth promoters (hormone-like chemicals that can make animals grow faster). Currently, federal regulations allow these hormones to be used on growing cattle and sheep, but not on poultry (chickens, turkeys, ducks) or hogs (pigs).‘…’A prion is an abnormal, transmissible agent that is able to induce abnormal folding of normal cellular prion proteins in the brain, leading to brain damage and the characteristics signs and symptoms of the disease‘….‘We report here that transgenic (Tg) mice expressing bovine (Bo) prion protein (PrP) serially propagate BSE prions and that there is no species barrier for transmission from cattle to Tg(BoPrP) mice. These same mice were also highly susceptible to a new variant of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (nvCJD) and natural sheep scrapie.‘
10. All Non-Organic Poultry – ‘Arsenic (added to Roxarsone) is an approved animal dietary supplement and is found in specifically approved drugs added to poultry and other animal feeds. It is fed to broiler chickens in the form of Roxarsone (4-hydroxy-3-nitrophenyl arsonic acid) to control intestinal parasites. Pesticides fed to the fish and toxic copper sulfate used to keep nets free of algae are building up in sea-floor sediments. Clouds of sea lice, incubated by captive fish on farms, swarm wild salmon as they swim past on their migration to the ocean.’

Kefir recipe: Ingredients – Whole, organic, farm-fresh milk & kefir grains (1 tsp per quart)
1. Place the kefir grains in bottom of very clean jar and fill to shoulders with milk. Screw on lid and place in a paper bag in a very warm place (as close to 70°F as possible). If you will have two quarts going, label the paper bag for 24 hours hence.
2. After 24 hours at as close to 70°F as possible, it should be a soft, delicate solid with liquid separated slightly when the jar is tipped.
3. Place jar and bag in a cool, dark place to “cure” for 8-10 hours around 50*F. This stops the yeasts’ action and accentuates the LAB activity lending a smooth, tart flavor with maximum nutritional value. If desired, start another quart of grains in milk and label for 24 hours hence.
4. Gently shake the first jar — some of the cream may have risen to the top. Remove lid and twirl whisk between palms in the kefir to make very smooth. Use wood utensil to scoop out kefir grains; this is easier as they grow bigger.
5. Place grains in clean jar, cover and set aside. Use strainer over the remaining clean jar and pour kefir through, screw lid on tightly and refrigerate or drink.
6. Turn whatever tiny kefir grains that remain in strainer into the jar with the kefir grains, fill with milk and repeat the process.
Kefir Smoothie: Blend together ½ cup pumpkin puree, 1 cup kefir, 1 medium banana, ½ teaspoon vanilla, 1 ½ tablespoon honey

We are seemingly headed toward a nightmare scenario, soon to be stripped of our fundamental privilege to choose, to determine for ourselves & our families what goes into our bodies. The only hope is to make it our primary goal to secure forever our sacred rights to self-determination of the body. This will depend on us taking a stand against whichever form of tyranny that threatens these fundamental, natural born, freedoms.
There will indeed come a day when vaccination, vivisection, & irradiation will have gone the way of the dinosaur, replaced by non-invasive, genuinely holistic techniques; when Allopathic-type medicine, along with all the ancient tools of its trade, will crumble in the wake of an evolution of consciousness & common sense; when Cancer, Autism, Aids & other encompassing afflictions will have become but a reference footnote in history.
