Lupus Disease is a chronic degenerative disease caused by systemic auto-immune breakdown in the body; where-by the immune system of the body attacks its own cells and tissues. Specifically, the joints, skin, kidneys, lungs, heart, nervous system, and other organs of the body are affected.

The Lupus Foundation of America offers nothing in the way of a cure to this disease.
